Senior Software Engineer required for AI/ML Full Time NEW

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional who has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the AI/ML field. The selected candidate will work on the company’s upcoming project and also have to train interns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues in company AI/ML projects and make them more user-friendly.
• Find the potential clients for AI/ML solutions or Python.
• Build a strong relationship with clients for repeat business and get referrals.
• Work together with the Devsinc development team to plan and create new AI/ML projects using Python.
• Train interns and give them a hands-on experience with the latest technologies.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and expand the business.
• Assist clients and make sure they are satisfied.
• Inform the team members of the latest technology trends and industry trends to adjust strategies to close deals.
• Join and manage client meetings and presentations, and show the AI/ML capabilities to our clients

Required skills:

• Has to close the important deals with negotiation skills and experience in closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain the technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Good understanding of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills to solve the clients’ AI/ML problems.
• Skills to build long-term and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work with team members and lead them in projects.
• Experienced in handling and maintaining ML/AI software.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic record with excellent grades in boards and university (preferably 3.5+ CGPA).
•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, BS AI engineer, BS computer programming, or relevant field.
• Certification in AI/ML or a relevant field is an edge or is more preferred than others.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary can range from PKR 125,000 to 170,000 per month (depending on experience).
